And just for a little extra news, in April we are also adding to our family. That's right! One of these little darlings will be coming home with us in the first week of April.
We can't wait!
Hurry up March...
Congratulations Sally of your new book launch with "The Copy Cat Kid", wishing you a fun and successful book tour. All the best, Michele Darmanin
ReplyDeleteThanks Michele - I posted off those books for you yesterday so you should get them soon.
DeleteBest wishes,
Sally
oh oh oh! PUPPY! imma coming to play at your house...
ReplyDelete(and you will never know because you are so so so busy)
p.s. i love (hey)jack(!). a lot. i wish i had a cool robot costume.
Kate - you can come and play ANY time. Even if I'm here! Actually, especially if I'm here. We can play Louise Attaque really loudly and sing French folk-rock at the poor puppy! (I'll make sure my teenage boys are out. Don't want any adolescent cringing spoiling our fun.)
DeleteWow what a busy month you have ahead of you!
ReplyDeleteReally enjoyed your appearances at the Children's Book Festival on Sunday. Thank you so much for taking the time to sign my daughter's beloved Billie B Brown bookS ... urm .. her whole collection! Much appreciated!
Thanks Emma - I hope your daughter enjoyed the day!
DeleteDear Sally Rippin
ReplyDeleteWe have been talking about Billie B Brown today and wanted to let you know why we love your books so much.
Billie B Brown books are funny and there is always a message like something you should do or not do. Also, why are they so funny? My favorite is the Birthday Mix Up. Love Majella
Billie B Brown books are really good and I want you to know they are really good books for reading and for fun and my favourite is the Bad Butterfly. Love Lola.
We are both 6 and in Grade 1, and we can't wait to see you at the Little Bookroom on Thursday.
From Lola and Majella
Hi Lola and Majella,
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for writing. I'm glad you are enjoying the Billie books. It will be great to meet you on Thursday!
